BBS GRAPHICS - Conference focuses on the use of BBS graphics formats including ANSI, RIP, and ASCII graphics. Discussions center around different editors and tools used to create/manage BBS graphics. Art work in any of these formats is welcome to be posted within the conference. This is not BBS-ADS as a lot of WME sysops apparently have it labeled, and text BBS Ads are considered off topic and not welcome.
BBS ISSUES - Conference discussing all aspects of BBS operation, how to attract new users, setting up a BBS, for-profit and not-for-profit operation,and other items of interests to sysops. A conference for general BBSing.This is the place where problems and solutions related specifically to BBS' can be brought.

MAGIC: THE GATHERING - Discussion of the trading card game, Magic: The Gathering, published by Wizards of the Coast, as well as other trading card games.
MAILHUB NODE - Restricted to Level 1 WME BBS's that acquire the mail directly from the WME Mail Hub. The conference is for the business of the Hub and not the network per se. It's for figuring out alignments of conferences,scheduling mail runs, discussing problems and solutions related to use and availability of the Hub.
MARTIAL ARTS - The discussion of Judo, Karate, Aikdo, etc. Oriental defense technique

NET ADMINISTRATION - A conference reserved for business related to the running of the WME Network. New Node applications and general public forum on the net operations such as announcements and consensus opinion. Moderators can apply for new positions and decisions by the WME Co-Team is generally communicated here. In general, however, moderation and WME SysOp specific posts are reserved for the WME MODERATION or WME SYSOPS conferences.
NET CHAT - Where you can go to send personal mail to a friend. This is also where you need to move replies when the topic of your exchanges begin to falloff topic within the conference a thread may have begun. If you find a friend in a specific conference, you may be asked to "Take it to Net Chat". Don't be offended, the moderator is just trying to keep the conference on topic, and it's perfectly acceptable to continue your discussion in the NET CHAT conference.
NEW BBS USERS HELP - Reserved for users who are new to contacting and using BBS's. This is a conference where there really is no such thing as a dumb question. Don't be intimidated by the fancy menus and colors, simply ask what's going on in here, and then you'll be able to BBS all on your own (and no one will be the wiser).

OFFLINE MAIL READERS - A forum for the discussion of features and use of Offline Mail Readers. Offline Mail readers are software programs that accept a special kind of compressed file called a QWK packet. They generally contain BBS Mail and information from a specific BBS. You can use an Offline Mail reader to read you mail after you logoff, and take your time thinking through your response, and enjoying the mail. You can even reply and create a similar compressed reply-file called a REP packet,...and then upload it back to the BBS to merge back into the mail system.
ON-LINE GAMING - The Online Gaming Conference would be usable by anyone that has a game that they would like to play online. Whether it be a Role Playing Game (Such as AD&D), Chess, Checkers, or a Board game that someone figures out workable rules to play it. Participants would request from the Moderator permission to play their particular game,giving information on game play as needed.
OPERATING SYSTEMS - Discussions are to be based entirely on existing and new Operations Systems. MS-Windows IS NOT a valid topic.
